Vasaloppet China Ski Festival

The Vasaloppet China event takes place in Changchun, China, in the stunning Jingyuetan National Forest Park. This event, a part of the Worldloppet, has been held for over two decades and is the largest and oldest classic skiing event in China.
Participants can enjoy beautiful racetracks, impressive snow sculptures, and a taste of Chinese culture. The event features unique experiences, social activities, and cultural entertainment such as the Opening Ceremony and Government Welcome Banquet. The ski arena and surrounding areas are adorned with intricate snow sculptures, marking the start of the annual Snow and Ice Festival in Jilin Province.
The event offers a 50 km cross country ski race, as well as a shorter 25 km race for those seeking a more relaxed experience. Beginners can join the Vasa Fun Ski, a 2.5 km race designed for a fun and enjoyable skiing experience. Equipment rental is available for those who do not have their own skis, making it accessible for all international travelers to participate.
