Milton Keynes Marathon Weekend

MARATHON Our multi-award-winning marathon event is consistently ranked in the top 10 UK marathons, an AIMS-certified race, with BARR Gold accreditation for outstanding race management. A London and Boston marathon qualifying event, an Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Championships qualifier, and an EA Masters qualifier. The MK Marathon starts from one of our fabulous Milton Keynes landmarks, the stadium:MK. We hope to see you at the finish! MARATHON RELAY The Marathon Relay occurs on the same day as the Milton Keynes Marathon. It pits teams of four runners (adults only 17+) against each other, each competitor running a leg of approximately 10km. The relay event is open to businesses, charities, clubs, or even groups of friends and is characterised by a strong element of friendly competition. Teams compete to be seen as the fittest or the fastest. These titles represent an enviable PR title and bragging rights that last a year. This opportunity does not come around every day and should not be missed. The team captain will need to collect the race bibs on the morning of the race. Team changes can be made online until midnight on the 21st of April. Please email us if you need us to cancel a team member so you can recruit someone else. You can then report any further team changes to the Relay HQ on race day. Team members can run in any order, but the team bibs must be used in sequences A, B, C, and D. HALF MARATHON The MK Half Marathon is a popular, fast, scenic AIMS-certified race with BARR Gold accreditation for outstanding race management. Along the course, you’ll see beautiful lakes, parks, and picturesque villages and be treated with the highest level of course support. So what are you waiting for? ROCKET 5K Join us on a fast rocket-fueled 5K with an “out of this world” bling. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the buzz of the marathon weekend without the extra mileage! This event occurs the day before the MK Marathon and welcomes all paces from super-fast to those just starting! This will be a fast, flat, point-to-point race from central Milton Keynes to Stadium MK! SUPERHERO FUN RUN Get ready to unleash your inner superhero and fly through the streets of Milton Keynes! The Superhero Fun Run is back at the stadium and better than ever, with capes flapping in the wind and masks shimmering with superpowers. Lace up those running shoes, channel your favourite superhero alter ego, and join us for an action-packed event filled with fun, fitness, and fabulous costumes. This event is perfect for all ages and abilities. So, gather your sidekicks, assemble your team, and prepare to power through the course.
