Take on a fun and fast 5 or 10 mile challenge through a flat, chip-timed course and get ready to break your personal best! The picturesque route starts and ends at the Bedford Embankment, extending alongside the River Ouse and encircling the Priory Lake, and promises a negligible elevation of under 100m. When you complete the course, a professional commentator will welcome you home and your friends and family can enjoy quality catered refreshments. For those wanting to get the whole family involved, a FREE Children’s Fun Run is open to everyone before the 10-mile start. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity!

This 5mile lap course starts and finishes on the beautiful Bedford Embankment and runs out alongside the flat, tree lined river Ouse. Heading out towards Priory Park on hard standing traffic-free paths, you will loop around the beautiful Priory Lake before traversing the paths alongside the River Ouse and a finish line back on the embankment. The whole route is on traffic-free tarmac or firm paths and with less than 100m of elevation across the whole course its bound to be a crowd pleaser and PB beater. The 10 mile route will head out and complete the lap for a second time.
