Join us for this live in person for the 3rd Annual Frida 5k! Last year was a huge success with people loving our shirt design and medal! This year the Frida 5k will be held in Old Town in Lansing, Michigan.
Pre-Registration Cost: Register by May 29, 2023: $30.00 and be guaranteed the shirt and customized medal.
Late Registration Cost: Register after May 29, 2023: $35.00 and shirt and medal are available while supply lasts.
If you can’t make it or just want the shirt and medal (it’s okay to admit it!), we do offer a Virtual Run/Walk/Crawl that you can do when you choose! Registration for the virtual event closes on May 29th.
Run as a family group and save! - Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $5 per participant (not available for the Virtual Race).
Packet pickup will be Tuesday, June 12, 2023, at the Arctic Corner Ice Cream Store in Lansing's Old Town from 4pm to 7:00pm as well as on the day of the race starting at 4:00 pm.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be lived during the race and texted to participants.
