Sadly the beginning was rough. We were given the wrong location and ended up at the Ipperdrome. By the time someone told us the correct address we were quite late. We rushed to the registration table, but they had lost our registration. We couldn’t believe it. We hardly had time to get ready, but somehow we did. The race itself was fine and uneventful. I appreciated the snacks and the choice of beverages. So, luckily, everything ended on a good note.
My first half marathon in many years. The route was fine. I did not mind that we had to run the same route thrice.
