Chip timed 5k and 1 Mile fun run/walk
REGISTRATION FEES:
$20 1 Mile fun run/walk
$35 Canyon 5k
Includes timed race, race bib, race shirt, vendor goodie packet, portion of proceeds directly going to local charity.
Limited to 500 participants.
Run For It run club presents, Rise & Shine 5k in the Canyon. We welcome all runners to our first 5k since 2019. As we've grown massively this past year, we wanted to bring everyone a proper 5k inside of one El Paso's most beautiful and historic areas - McKelligon Canyon. In collaboration with Visit El Paso, El Paso Live, and Race Adventures, we will be hosting a challenging yet rewarding 5k race in the canyon paired with a 1 mile fun run & walk starting at 8am. Local vendors, creatives, friends & fitness groups will be on site as along with food and drinks to refresh post race. Local vendors will be showcasing the best of El Paso with live music to bring the beat to the canyon ! We welcome all - experienced runners for the 5k, as well as participants in the 1 mile fun run/walk! Don't forget, a portion of every race entry will be directly donated to a local charity.
