The time limit is short, and both physical strength and mental toughness are required to finish. 105km A tough course with a cumulative elevation gain approaching 7,000 meters! The key to finishing is whether you can conserve energy until A7 Chōnenji. 54km A course that is by no means easy, with a cumulative elevation gain of about 3,000 meters! Aim to finish without pushing yourself too hard by making good use of the time limit.
