Ultra Trail del Lago di Como

UTLAC250 is in effect the "mountain tour of Lake Como". Athletes will live a unique experience, along the Alte Vie del Lario, the Sentiero del Viandante and the Alta Via delle Grigne and the paths of the Larian Triangle, crossing valleys, passes and ancient borders, villages and isolated hamlets, ancient war places.

The race starts along the lakeside of Bellagio. The route is classified E: itinerary for hikers, is approximately 32km long and has 1,820 meters of elevation gain (D+). A large part of the route winds along the Tivano path passing through the villages of Limontasca and Civenna, up to the famous Colle del Tivano, so dear to cyclists. It then continues on the panoramic path that leads to the mountain of Castel di Leves to then reach the village of Maisano from which to start the last climb to the SEV refuge at the Corni di Canzo from which to enjoy a unique view of the Lariano triangle and the Grigne. The descent towards Lecco passes through the church of San Tommaso and then reaches the renewed lakefront which from Malgrate leads to the center of Lecco in Piazza Garibaldi.
