The event will take place at TSCL on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Join us for The Self Care Lab 5K Run & Walk, a unique event focused on promoting mental health awareness and self-care. Whether you're an avid runner or just looking for a meaningful way to stay active, this event is perfect for all fitness levels and ages.
With each step you take, you'll be reminded of the importance of taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. During the event, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other participants, share your experiences, and learn about mental health resources available in your community.
