Trail Run Aqui Há-os

The upcoming 4th edition of the Trail Running TRAIL RUN AQUI HÁ-OS is a must-attend event for adventurous travelers. Organized by the association Talentos Objetivos - Clube de Enduro e Recreio, with the support of the Quiaios parish council and Figueira da Foz town hall, this exciting trail run will take place in the beautiful region of Serra da Boa Viagem. Regardless of the weather conditions, the event is set to take place, as the organizer believes there are no added risks for participants.The trail run offers four different distances - 12km, 17km, 30km, and 46km - to cater to all levels of runners. The routes are carefully crafted on the northern and western slopes of Serra da Boa Viagem, utilizing existing paths such as roads, single-tracks, and farm tracks, with very little tarmac involved. The charming town of Praia de Quiaios will serve as the host for the secretariat and the starting and finishing point for most of the routes.

For the more adventurous runners, the Trail Ultra offers a unique experience, starting at the historic Cabo Mondego Lighthouse and ending at Praia de Quiaios. Immerse
