TOYS FOR TOTS Santa Hustle® is a Toys for Tots official drop off spot: Please bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Santa Hustle for Toys for Tots! The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November, and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. DATE: Sunday, December 3, 2023TIME: 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.LOCATION: White River State Park (Under the White Tents) PPU & Registration will close exactly at 8:45 a.m. – Santa says to come early and be prepared for long lines!

*If you are unable to attend Packet Pickup on the day before the race, it will be reserved for you on Race Day for a $5.00 fee. There is a $5.00 fee per packet, per paid participant. To avoid paying this fee, please attend Packet Pickup in person the day prior, or send a friend with a copy of your race barcode.

PACKET SHIPPING Make your life easier this holiday season and skip the lines! All you need to do is choose the packet shipping option during registration and Santa will have your race packet shipped approximately two weeks before race day and will be shipped directly to your front door for only $14.95! Your packet includes your race shirt, bib, and more! HOST HOTEL Due to the Big 10 Championship Game, there will be no host hotel this year.  REFUNDS Since Santa Claus has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions and/or pandemics.
