Run For Your Life! 5K - Elizabethtown

The Community Health Clinic celebrates 20 years of services with its first annual Run for Your Life! 5k. The clinic provides FREE medical and dental care for those who are uninsured and have a low income. All proceeds go directly to provide services for our patients.

You must register by July 8th at 11:59pm to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

The Top 3 Male & Female overall finishers will receive awards along with the top finisher in these age categories: (12 & Under) (13-19), (20-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50-59), (60-69), and (70 and over)
