OnionMan Triathlon

Onion Man is a grassroots triathlon held in Walla Walla, designed for accessibility to all triathletes, from beginners to elite competitors. It's open to individuals and teams, promoting a safe, enjoyable challenge across swimming, cycling, and running. The event features a scenic course at the base of the Blue Mountains and adheres to USA Triathlon rules. Participants receive a T-shirt, post-race meal ticket, and a custom pint glass with one complimentary beer, with additional beer options available for purchase. Early registration is encouraged due to a participant cap, with no on-the-day registration or waitlist options.
