Join us at the Olmsted Ugly Sweater Run, a perfect event for athletes looking to combine competition with holiday cheer! Whether you’re a returning participant or a newcomer, we appreciate your support! Exciting news for competitors: a long sleeve race t-shirt is now included in your registration fee, or you can opt out and save $10. Be ready to challenge yourself on our 1-mile competitive run, capped at 125 runners, with an additional 125 spots available for walkers and 50 for the Kids Reindeer Rush.

Experience the final race in the Olmsted Spirit Race Series, where only those who have run at least three of the five races can earn points toward our Race Championship Series. Notably, points go to the top 10 overall male and female finishers and age group leaders among qualifying series participants.

For those aiming to break records, the Sub 5:00 Minute Mile Challenge is back! Take on our straightaway course for a chance to win a $100 cash prize if you run a 4:59 mile (male) or 5:14 mile (female) and secure top honors in your division. Students up to college level can earn a $100 gift certificate instead.

Younger athletes, don’t miss the Kids Reindeer Rush with 400 and 100 meter options, now part of the new Youth Championship Series. Prizes include a series trophy and a $200 gift card for division winners.

Participants enjoy dog and stroller-friendly routes, and we encourage you to flaunt your ugliest sweater or favorite holiday costume. All entries come with a race day raffle ticket, a choice of coffee or hot chocolate, and a delicious CLE Cookie Bar treat. Awards await overall and age group champions, and everyone gets a chance in the post-race raffle. Best-dressed participants also win prizes.
