Join us as we kick off the 2023 football season on Saturday, September 2 at Onondaga Lake Park @ 10am for the inaugural My Team 5K to benefit our friends at David's Refuge. This event will coincide with the first game of the season for Syracuse University Orange as they take on the Colgate Red Raiders at 4:00pm at the Dome.
All participants will receive a high quality custom football and finisher medal. We have a post run "tailgate" party on site as well.
All participants are encouraged to wear their favorite teams shirts for this event. You are welcome to be as creative as you would like to be with your running apparel. We will not only be offering awards for the running competition (Top finishers/Age Groups) but also for the best, wildest and most creative "team" outfits.
The 5K will take place at the Willow Bay Saw Mill Creek shelter.
