Mineshaft 10k

This endurance race takes participants through a backcountry section of the Glenwood Horse Trail, utilizing miles 47-52 (in reverse) from the Hellgate course. The route stretches between Bobletts Gap Road and the Bearwallow Trailhead, featuring varying terrain such as old mine sites, steep climbs, and exhilarating descents, culminating in a notable rock garden section. To address limited parking, participants are encouraged to carpool. Also, in adverse weather conditions, the route may switch to an out-and-back format.
