Light the Way 5K: Walk On Rock On For Mental Wellness benefiting The Evie Effect

Light the Way 5K is an event dedicated to promoting mental wellness, suicide prevention, and community support. Partnering with True Vine Brewing Company, the event offers more than just a run—participants can enjoy live music from Six String Stray and CAPPS/S.O.L. Band, inspirational talks by Romereo Brown, and a festive atmosphere with local food trucks, sponsor booths, and more. Stretch Zone will be present to provide warm-up sessions, and CHRISTUS Athletic Trainers will offer free medical care. Finishers receive medals, glow-in-the-dark cups, and drink coupons. The aim is to foster hope, awareness, and resilience through meaningful connections.
