Holy Trinity Eagle 5k & Eaglet Fun Run

Holy Trinity Catholic School is located on US Highway 20 just west of Sylvania, OH. We are known for our strong Catholic values, academic excellence, and a family atmosphere. Forming saints and scholars is our mission.  We strive to provide an affordable option to families, so every year the proceeds from this event will go directly to the school to benefit our families and students. 

JOIN US for a fun "cross country" style race at Evergreen High School for kids and adults.  The Eagle 5k will be run like those cross country races from high school, with a course winding through the Evergreen campus, even consisting of a couple of small hills.  The Eaglet Fun Run for kids will be 1/2 mile on the track at Evergreen. The Eagle Walk will be 1 mile. Register by July 12, 2023 to RECEIVE A FREE T-SHIRT! Timing by Dave's Running Shop. 

FOOD & DRINKS Kickback Coffee will be on site with their food truck filled with a variety of hot & cold coffees, smoothies, and baked goods (to sell) to delight everyone!

REFERRAL REFUNDS Invite your family & friends to sign up using your special referral link. Receive a $10 refund for referring 5 people to register under your referral code for the 5k & Walk, & an additional $10 if you refer 5 more using your referral code! Invite 5 kids to sign up for the Eaglet Fun Run using your special referral link & receive a $5 refund!

SCHOOL TEAM This team consists of a minimum of 5 people from the same school, & there is no maximum. A refund of $5 will be given when the 5th person registers to each member of the team, & each additional member will only pay $20. An award will be given to the FASTEST team!                         

FRIENDS/FAMILY TEAM This team consists of a minimum of 5 people who may or may not be related to each other, & there is no maximum. A refund of $5 will be given when the 5th person registers to each member of the team, & each additional member will only pay $20. An award will be given to the team with the MOST PARTICIPANTS, & another award given to the team with the CRAZIEST COSTUMES!    

Early Packet Pickup will be at Holy Trinity Parish Center located on the grounds of Holy Trinity School, 2639 US Highway 20, Swanton, OH (corner of St Rt. 64 & US 20) Thursday July 20, 2023, 4:00 - 7:00 pm.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS Wednesday July 19, 2023, you may register in person on race day July 22, 2023. Race day registration is at 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM, with the Eagle 5k starting at 8:00 AM, the Eaglet Fun Run starting at 9:00 AM, & the Eagle Walk starting at 9:30 AM.

Inclement Weather - We follow the severe weather rules of OHSAA... We will delay if there is inclement weather and will not run until 30 minutes after the last lightning strike. We would ask everyone to return to their vehicles.
