Live, Run, Give LLC is heading back over to Duke Island in Bridgewater, NJ for our FIRST EVER Monster Dash and costume contest!! Grab your costume and get ready for our family friendly spook-tacular 5k race.

Packet Pick up 8:00 am
First racers will head out on the Duke Island certified 5k course for a gorgeous run down the Raritan River. This FLAT and paved course is perfect for even the most beginner of runners! On the course you'll meet up with our amazing volunteers who will help guide you through the 3.1 miles. Make sure you've got your bib number and smile showing because these volunteers are doubling as judges!!
After you complete the Duke Island Monster Dash you'll be receiving your amazing custom medal ONLY available when you run this incredible race. Our judges will then share the results of the costume contests and prizes will be given.
