Join us on April 6, 2024, for our 5K trail race to raise Autism Awareness and support the Autism Society of North Carolina.
Register by March 15, 2024, to receive a race T-shirt!
The Byrd and Bear 5K for Autism Awareness will be in Tryon, NC at

Tryon, NC US 28782 9:00 a.m. – Packet pickup & on-site registration
10:00 a.m. – 5K Trail Race
Awards ceremony for 5K to follow. Can’t make it on April 6th but want to support the Autism Society of North Carolina? Click DONATE at the top of the page. As many as 1 in 44 children may be diagnosed with autism in the United States. You can make a difference in the lives of people with autism, their families, and their communities by registering for the Byrd and Bear 5K for Autism Awareness, donating, and recruiting family and friends to join us on April 6th!
