Welcome to the Umeå triathlon, located in the beautiful Nydalasjön's recreation area near the city. The competition area is a favorite spot for families with kids and nature lovers. You can also find an adventure playground nearby and see many locals running and walking along the lake. We wish you a fantastic experience at the Umeå Triathlon!

路线亮点
The swimming takes place in Nydalasjön, where the start is in the water. After swimming, it's a short run to the transition area. After switching, the cycle path goes out towards the sea via Täfteå. Olympic distance has its turning point in Rovögern. After the turn, the cycling section goes back the same way and then switches to running. The sprint distance turns earlier. The run takes place on a multi-lap course where the runners meet each other several times. It is a crowd-friendly and fast course. The environment is close to the sea with elements of farms, arable land and a bit of a city feel as we are on the outskirts of Umeå.
