The Tess Trail Run is an annual fundraising event for The Grief Center. Proceeds support our initiative by providing professional grief counseling for everyone in need - all losses. all ages. no matter what.
The Tess Trail Run began in 2011 as a remembrance walk for those who have experienced the death of someone important to them. Over time, the event has adapted to include the Memorial Mile and 5k Trail Run. Whether you're running for a family member or a dear friend, your participation lets others know that they are not alone in their grief.
New to trail running? Start here! Great for beginners and seasoned vets, the Tess Trail Run 5K course leads runners through the scenic hills of Turkey Mountain. You don't have to be an experienced runner to make a difference! Walk, run, hike, jog, or skip through the trails with us. Every step matters!
Stick around after the race for some fun at our awards ceremony and after party. Placement medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division.
