The lap is 2.5km (total run: 2km; total swim: 500m) Run: 700m Swim: 200m Run: 900m Swim: 300m Run: 400m Each lap is a total of 2.5km (2km run, 500m swim). The cut-off time for each lap: Lap 1: 26 min Lap 2: 24 min Lap 3: 22 min Lap 4: 20 min Lap 5: 18 min Lap 6: Now it's an all out race! If you are not finished within the lap time you will stand down at the end of that lap. If you finished ahead of time then you can rest for the remaining time of that lap.
