Spotswood Annual 5K Race/WalkCalling all athletes to tackle the Spotswood 5K Race! Lace up for a thrilling course through the streets of Spotswood, starting bright and early with the 5K runners taking off at 9 am. Ensure you’re geared up prior to the 8:30 am cut-off for on-the-day registration.

Experience the camaraderie of fellow participants and volunteers guiding you along the route marked by clear white arrows. Stay energized with two strategically placed water stations—at the one-mile and two-mile marks.

Push your limits to maintain a pace of at least a brisk 15-minute mile (equivalent to 4 mph). Keeping this pace is crucial, as it ensures continuous access to course support, including hydration, medical aid, restrooms, and secured roads. Falling behind might require moving to the sidewalk or being transported to keep up with the pack.
