First Annual Shamrocks and Shenanigans 5k FUN RUN!

Join us to celebrate your favorite Irish Holiday with a 5k fun run and after party at Beef O' Brady's. The Shamrocks and Shenanigans 5K FUN RUN will be hosted by runFIT, your local specialty running store. The party starts at 8am in the lot next to Beef O' Brady's. Wear your finest themed running attire and join us for miles and smiles! This will NOT be a timed event. Best Dressed will win a prize!

What's Included: Finishers prize and 1 free beer* from Beef O' Brady's! 

*Must be 21 and up for the free beer with valid ID

Is there a shirt? Shirts will be available for purchase at the runFIT tent on the day of the event and online/in store in advance of the event. 

Who can participate? Runners or Walkers who are able to complete the 3.17-mile distance. Anyone under 18 must have adult supervision, especially at all driveway crossings. This is an open course without road closures.

What is the course? We will loop around the Publix Plaza 2 times by traveling North on Sunlake and heading East on Mentmore. 

Let's give back! A portion of registration fees will be donated to the Phelan Mcdermid Syndrome Foundation.

#PhelanLucky is an annual campaign, which happens around St. Patrick's Day, that raises funds and awareness for Phelan-McDermid syndrome (PMS). It has become the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation’s (PMSF’s) top fundraising event while increasing awareness of PMS on a global scale.

Jaimie Cole’s son, Bodhi Cole 8y/o lives with this genetic disease.
