Poker on a Bike? Yes! Join us for the Sandersville Sizzler presented by Georgia Hi-Lo Trail, where cyclists compete, and the best hand wins.
The best part of this gamble is there are no losers. Everyone has a great day on the bike, and the ride supports the 211-mile Georgia Hi-Lo Trail.
Cards are dealt as cyclists complete each 3.1 mile loop through sandy terrain and dirt farm roads, and the best hand wins. Category options include distances of 15.5 miles or 31 miles for Adult, Team and Junior cyclists.
In the 15.5 mile options, cyclists are dealt 5 cards (or 1 Hand).
In the 31 mile options, cyclists are dealt 10 cards (or 2 Hands).
When the ride ends, cyclists play their best hands. The winning hand takes their share of the ‘pot,’ and the remaining funds support Georgia Hi-Lo Trail.
