This is the fourth year of our Glow and Grow 5K! Like last year, in addition to the adult 5K, we will also have a fun run for up to age 12 at 6:30 pm. The price of adult registration includes a t-shirt, and the price of kids registration includes a medal!
Medals will be given for the top three overall male and female runners. First place medals will also be given for the top male and female runner in each age category: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Glow and Grow is a run to benefit the Safe Haven Counseling Foundation. The Safe Haven Counseling Foundation was created with the belief that every person deserves access to quality counseling services, regardless of income. To that end, Safe Haven has partnered with local counselors to provide sliding scale fees that are based on the client's income. In order to offer these reduced-fee services, we must raise community funds throughout the year.
