Tell City Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association and Everbody's Fitness are teaming up to bring you the annual Run from the Cops! This year we will cover 3.38 miles in memory of Sgt. Heather Glenn #338. This is an event that combines fitness, community, and support for our local law enforcement. Join us as we come together to run/walk 3.38 miles under the lights in honor of Sgt. Heather Glenn!!
Race date is Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 beginning at Perry County Sheriff's Office and ending at Everbody's Fun & Fitness Center. The stars will be out and the street lights will be on as the start time for the race is 7:00 p.m. Join us in showing our appreciation for the hardworking men and women who keep our community safe day in and day out. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this event is for you! But that's not all - your registration fee directly contributes to initiatives that support our police department's community outreach programs and equipment needs. Come together to make a positive impact and strengthen the bond between our officers and the community they serve.
The race route is fairly flat within the downtown area of Tell City. It will take you under floodlights as you run along the Ohio River. It takes you by the TC Police Department twice so watch out or you could get caught!!

Race Day - September 30thStart Time - 7:00 p.m. (yes that is PM)Registration - register thru RunSignUp.com (not tech savvy, then stop at the front desk at Everbody's and they will help with registration)Fee - $22.00 now thru 9/11; $27.00 after 9/11Packet pickup - Saturday 9/30 from 5-6:30 p.m.Shirt Guarantee - Must register by midnight on 9/14. (Please note: Registrations after 9/20 are not guarantied to receive a shirt).
