Run for 2-1 - Lewis

The Lewis Volunteer Fire Department (station 2-1) Is happy to present our second annual Run for 2-1.  Last year we had awesome support from the community and local businesses.  Last year's race help us purchase portable scene lighting and hand tools...all of which were used in many emergency calls.  The funds also helped us purchase winter hats for the firefighters as well as emergency lights for each member of the department.  We appreciate all that have and will participate in this awesome event. Run for 2-1 is a healthy, fun and community building event to support the Lewis Volunteer Fire Department so we can continue to serve and protect our community.  Thank you for considering Run for 2-1, all donations are warmly welcomed!

                *All participants will receive a Run for 2-1 shirt...additional shirts may be purchased on race day!*

Race will begin at 10 am - It will be a fire truck horn start!Packet pick up will start at 8:30am on race day.Parking is limited at the registration area, park along Route 9Refreshments will be available before and after the race.

The race will begin at the Lewis Fire House, travel up Fire House Lane towards Route 9, left on Route 9, then right onto Fox Run Road, right onto Muzzy Road, right onto Wells Hill Road, right onto Route 9, then left and finish on Fire House Lane.

Awards will be given to the best time in 6 categories: Men over 65, Men 18 - 65, Men under 18, Women over 65, Women 18 - 65, and Women under 18.  Walkers are welcome!
