Run Deo Run 5K/10 Miler

Join us for the 7th running of Run Deo Run as we raise funds for LAFR's Carl Maravilla Scholarship and Let's Go Run programs.  Run Deo Run features a 5K and 10 Miler on the trails of Griffith Park. 

Location & Date
Run Deo Run 2024 will be on Sunday, November 24, in Griffith Park (same location as our annual Pride Run). The start/finish area for Run Deo Run 2024 is the Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Griffith Park. The 5K is one loop around the golf course, the 10 Mile is a trail run mostly utilizing the main trail. The course is trail/packed dirt and flat.

5K and 10 Mile
Run Deo Run 2024 features a 5K and 10 Mile race. Both races will start at 7:30 AM.

Virtual Race
If you can't join us race day, please join us by registering for the virtual option.  We will ship your race shirt/medal.

5K & 10 Mile Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall in the 5K and 10 Mile. Age group awards for the 5K and 10 Mile are top 3 in the following categories: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

About LA Frontrunners
Los Angeles Frontrunners (501c3), is the LA chapter of International Frontrunners. In addition to running, running, more running (and lots of eating), LAFR raises funds and collects goods to donate to local charities. In the past, those charities include; Students Run LA, PAWS/LA, Life Worth Saving, Friends of Griffith Park, Angel City Pit Bulls, InsideOut Community Arts, Friends of Project 10, ProjectQ, Outwords and the Don Thompson Scholarship at the USC Film School.
