Race for the Blue - OH

Race for the Blue benefits Western Cuyahoga FOP Lodge 25, which serves members from Avon Lake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Metro Parks, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, Rocky River, Westlake, Sate Agencies and Federal Agencies.

Run individually or on a Team. Participants receive a custom race t-shirt, finisher medal, awards, post race refreshments and more!

Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration- 7:30am
5K and 1 Mile - 9:00am

Registration
Pre-Registration (through Thursday, April 25 at 11:59pm) individuals : $30 
Late Registration (Friday, April 26 until Sunday, April 28 at 9:00am): $35
Families (4 or more participants living at the same address): $25 each
 

Teams
Have a group who wants to get together to support our west side officers? Create a team! Whether it's your family, a group of friends, co-workers or those who work for one of the local police departments, all are welcome.

 

 

Awards
All participants will receive a custom finisher medal!
Awards to top 3 male and female finishers overall and top 3 in the following age groups:
14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.

You are able to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10.00. This can be done at any of the packet pickups prior to race day. There will be NO transfers on race day!

Transfer Information

To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and chose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option. Enter in the Transferee’s name and email to send them the transferring registration. Once the transferee completes the registration, the original registrant is removed from the race. 

 

Refund Transfers

Transferee pays the current price of the registration. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee

Gift Transfer: Transferee’s registration is free. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
