The "Out of the Dark" 5K and Fun Run in Tiffin, Ohio, sponsored by Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital, on Saturday, April 6, at 7:30 PM aims to celebrate the total solar eclipse with an exciting and unique race experience. Participants will embark on a journey through scenic routes as they run or walk, symbolizing emerging from darkness into the light. As dusk descends, participants will be adorned with vibrant glow accessories, transforming the night into a luminous spectacle.
Registration begins at 6 PM and goes until 7:15 PM at the Tiffin Community YMCA. $30 for preregistration up until March 25. $40 for late registration and the night of the race. We cannot guarantee that you receive a collectible medal if you register late.
Lace up your running shoes, light up the night, and be part of this once in a lifetime experience in Tiffin, Ohio! Every walker and runner will receive a collectible medal, solar eclipse glasses, a glow stick, and after race snack. All proceeds from the race will support the Tiffin Community YMCA's backpack food program that supports students in the Tiffin community.
