Race Benefits: Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund and H.O.O.A.H Inc.
Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund (LTWF) is an active duty, casualty assistance, recovery, transition and Veterans organization that has provided over $8 million in financial support, beyond what the government can offer, to the Rangers and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment. The organization was founded to honor of the life and legacy of SGT James J. Regan, after he was killed while on his fourth tour in Baqubah, Iraq, serving as a Fire Team Leader with Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion.
Since inception, Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund has worked very closely with the Regiment and the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program (Care Coalition) to address the ongoing needs of our Rangers and to develop grassroots programs that would fill the gaps that were not being met by both the government and other organizations.
Each year LTWF works tirelessly, through various fundraising and awareness events, to continue to be able to provide this financial support. The events that LTWF sponsors, and funds that are disbursed, are broadly offered to the large segment of the population (all Battalions and Companies within Regiment) and they strictly adhere to the guidelines for active duty and wounded, injured and ill recipients.

HOOAH, Helping Out Our American Heroes, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and operates under the general direction of an all volunteer National Board of Directors. HOOAH has supporting all-volunteer chapters operating in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, and Tennessee with committees and volunteers in many other states.
We support our American Heroes anyway we can. Our focus is on deployed troops, veterans, and their families and the awareness and prevention of veteran suicide. HOOAH can state with confidence and pride that 100% of donations go directly to supporting our mission. No one in our organization will ever get paid.
We support all branches of the military.
Our purpose at HOOAH is to provide for the health, wellness, and social welfare of troops and veterans across the United States and abroad. We assist service members, veterans and their families with financial resources where a bona fide need exists and ready benefits have failed to meet their needs. HOOAH assists military families in times of mortal crisis where distance is a barrier.
Our mission at HOOAH is to lend support to forward deployed special operations troops, servicemen and servicewomen, their stateside families, and returning veterans with a high level of understanding, compassion, empathy, and appreciation.
HOOAH's vision is to give our volunteers, and the public, an opportunity to honor our dedicated servicemen and servicewomen and veterans with customized support and services when they need it most:
Simply because it's the right thing to do.
