For most, October is the month of joyful antics, Halloween, and Octoberfest. For Mission Granbury, October is also Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and a time to bring awareness to survivors and celebrate the lives lost through Domestic Violence. To show support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we wear purple. Purple symbolizes power, nobility, and ambition and by wearing this color as a community we continue to support the message to end the violence by refusing to stay silent. Thank you for your continued support for Mission Granbury’s Ghost Run, and running to light the path for those who remain in the dark.
Proceeds from the 7th Annual Ghost Run will support Mission Granbury’s nine programs that continue to service adults and children who have endured hardships by providing assistance.
The Ghost Run is chip timed by Race Day Event Services with medals for those placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division. There will be special trophies for Overall 5K Male/Female, Masters(40+) Male/Female, Grand Masters(50+) Male/Female, and Participation Medals for all.
Start time is 6:00pm beginning at Hewlett Park on Pearl St. across from the Granbury City Beach.
Funky Munky Shaved Ice will be on hand, and Hank FM will be joining us also!
There will be no walk up registration the day of the event.Pre-register by September 13, 2024 (Guaranteed an Annual Ghost Run T-shirt)

In the event you wish to not run or cannot attend the 7th Annual Ghost Run, but want to support Mission Granbury, we created a Ghost Runner option. Must register by September 13, 2024 to receive a t-shirt via mail.
*N0 REFUNDS: in the case you will not be able to attend the Ghost Run, your race day fee will be considered a donation to Mission Granbury. We greatly appreciate your support.
