Experience a fun-filled day of running with Marathon Puerto Vallarta! Our course is certified by World Athletics, AIMS, and FMAA, and consists of four athletics events, from a Marathon (26.2 mi) and Half Marathon (13.1 mi), to a 10k race and a 5k race. Feel the sun on your back as you run alongside stunning scenery, and witness an idyllic Mexican town popping out of the jungle. Take in the mesmerizing backdrop of palm trees and make a lasting memory with us! We look forward to welcoming you!

I didn't get to run because the organization of the packet pick up was horrible. I arrived at 10 am and was not given direction on the steps to getting my packet. I waited 2 hours in the line for the 21 kilometers and when I got to the front I was told I had to get my runner number. Again I was not given directions to where to go. I had to ask other runners. Only to find out that I had get in another line that was super long as well. I got frustrated and decided to leave. I'm on vacation and was not planning on spending all day getting my packet. I was not the only one with this issue.
I was intending on working my way up to a full marathon.
