Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration at Naval Base San Diego
Wednesday, June 14th, 3:00pm check in, 3:30pm start. The run/walk, spin class, & weightlifting competition, will all begin promptly after the Olde Gym Beach grand opening ceremony.
Juneteenth is a time to reflect on Black Americans’ collective resiliency. Let’s join in solidarity to celebrate the Juneteenth Freedom Day with a series of workout competitions. Patrons may participate in 2-mile run/walk, weightlifting competition, or a SPIN class.
Starts at the Olde Gym back parking lot.

Open to all eligible Active Duty, dependents, DOD civilians, reservists, & retirees.
Event t-shirt to all participants. While supplies last.
Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers as well as top 3 male and female, age 50+.
