The Janell Smith Carson Memorial 5K will be held on Saturday September 30th during the 2023 Fredonia Homecoming festivities. Registration will begin at 7:30 am in front of Pryor Stadium. There will be extra t-shirts for last minute registrants, however, participants who do not register by September 18th will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. The race will start at 8:00 am at Pryor Stadium on the campus of Fredonia High School located at 916 Robinson Street and end at the same location. The first two male and female finishers will receive prizes.
If you are unable to attend but would still like to participate, please consider the Virtual 5K option. You can run the race at your convenience but still receive the custom race shirt that will be mailed to following the live race on September 30th. Please follow the following directions if choosing to participate in the virtual race so that we know to mail you the t-shirt:
1. When registering, add "virtual" to your last name
For example: John Doe-virtual
