Join the Seashore Striders for their opening event of the new year with a 5k out and back course beginning on the track of Cape High School. Join the fun as we run for hot cocoa.
RACE LOCATION: Cape Henlopen High School Legends Stadium; Lewes
RACE TIME: 11 am.
We were originally scheduled for 10 am, however a few folks have reached out to me asking that I start an hr later so that they can participate in the Polar Bear 5k in Rehoboth as well as ours. My race is tied to a Hot Chocolate festival that does not get going till 11-12 so I thought it was fine to back mine up an hr later. ALSO Len Leshem was a big fan of the Seashore Striders and I will always remember Len and his accomplishments and I do not want anyone to miss honoring Len at the RB 5k.RACE REGISTRATION for Individual 5k:
