Please join the third annual Heroes for Hope 5K Run/Walk for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Enjoy running or walking through the beautiful streets of Lexington in support of this great cause! Kids will have fun competing in their own one mile race. Bring the whole family because there will be fun for everyone! Proceeds from this event will go to The Harry J. Hoenselaar ALS Clinic at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. This clinic at Henry Ford Hospital is one of only 24 clinics in the United States recognized by the national ALS Association for providing an exemplary level of diagnostic services and care to patients with the disease.
Packet pick up is on Friday, July 9th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Lakeside A&W in Lexington, and on race day from 6:30 to 7:30 AM. We strongly recommend you pick-up your packet on Friday rather than waiting until the morning of the event.
Parking is available in the field across from the A&W, at the Lighthouse Creamery parking lot, and at any of the Village of Lexington lots.
