Healthy Mommy 5K and 10K

Come join us for a morning of family fun and exercise on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Grayson County Fairgrounds! We have a fast, flat, open road course for the Healthy Mommy 5K and 10K that begins at 8 am, and Water stops will be provided every mile.

The Kiddie Dash (Open to kids ages 0-10 years) begins at 7:45 am and is run inside the fairgrounds on a paved path, which will be approximately 200 yards. 

These runs honor Kristy Elmore Langdon, who lost her battle with postpartum depression and psychosis in 2014. Our goal is to raise awareness of maternal mental health issues and remember those whose lives have been impacted by mental illness. All proceeds go to the Maternal Mental Health Foundation Inc. 

Registration

Registration for the 5K and 10K is $40 (processing is included) and includes a race day t-shirt. The Kiddie Dash is a Free event for the kids but does NOT include a race day shirt.

To guarantee a shirt on race day, register by 5/10/24. For registrations after 5/10/24, shirts will be mailed after the race if the size is not available the day of. 

Online registration will remain open until 7:45 am before the event starts. Registering on your phone is quick and easy. Cash registrations will also be taken on race day. 

 

Packet Pickup

Early packet pickup will be held on Friday, May 24, 2023, from 3-7 pm at the Grayson County Fairgrounds. Race Day packet pickup will begin at 7 am at the fairgrounds.

Awards

The top Male & Female finishers will receive special awards. Awards will also be given to the Top Three Male & Female finishers in the following age categories: 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and Over 60.

 
Timing

Central Kentucky Race Management will provide chip timing for this event. The overall awards are determined by gun time, and all age group awards are by chip timing.
