The 5-K Certified Run will take place at the New Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park, NJ on Saturday, September, 16th, 2023. No matter what your physical level or ability, you will love this run as you make your way through the beautiful paths of the park with a New York City skyline view. All runners in the community are welcomed to sign up. The family-friendly Run has an early-bird $30 registration fee. Early-bird registration ends June 30th. Registration after July 1 will be $35. We will have a shotgun start at 9:00 A.M for the 5k and 9:10 A.M start for the 1K. All proceeds from the Half-way so to St. Patrick's Day 5K Fun Run go towards the Bergen County St. Patrick's Day Parade and The Council of Irish Associations of Greater Bergen County.
All participants will receive a t-shirt with bagels, snacks and fruit available at the start and a taste of an Irish Breakfast (Sausages, Pudding, Rashers, and Eggs) with soft drinks after the race.
The Council of Irish Associations of Greater Bergen County will host this event, and all are welcome to come and enjoy some Irish music and hospitality!
