Heading into Spring Marathon Weekends, Runner's is offering two FREE options for a group long run. We will have a 10 mile and 20 mile run offering where the 10 mile loop will be run two times for the 20 mile run. Brooks Running and a Buffalo Rehab Group Physical Therapist will be on site at Runner's Roost for support. Join us and make these long runs easier with a group!
