Gimje Semangeum Horizon Marathon Competition

The Kimje Saemangeum Horizon National Marathon is held in Kimje City, Jeollabuk-do during the Kimje Horizon Festival every year. This marathon event, where men and women over 18 gather at the Kimje Civic Stadium to start, promotes good physical health. Kimje City decided to host the national marathon event in 2002 to commemorate the Kimje Horizon Festival and elevate Kimje City's sports status as the center of the Hwanghai region.
