Lace up your sneakers and get ready for an evening of fitness, fun, and festivities at the FUN Prairie Fun Run! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just looking for a great way to spend time outdoors with family and friends, this event has something for everyone.
Race Details:
0.05K: Get ready for the most epic yet shortest race of your life. A staggering 164 feet of pure excitement! Feel the thrill of the sprint without the sweat! It's the fun run for those who prefer to keep their running to a minimum but still want maximum enjoyment. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, this event is all about having a great time and celebrating our community.
5K Run/Walk: Perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy a scenic route through two of our parks on our parks trails!
Mile Run/Walk: The perfect event for runners of all ages and abilities! This one-mile race is designed to bring our community together for fitness, fun, and friendly competition.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the PRF Scholarship Program that makes recreation programs and swim lessons accessible for everyone.
Participants will receive a race bib, a commemorative t-shirt, and a goodie bag. Participants must register by Wednesday, July 8 to guarantee t-shirt size.
NEW Race Festivities: After crossing the finish line, stick around for a vibrant post-race celebration! Enjoy music, delicious food from our food truck partners, a beer garden, and a variety of family-friendly activities.

Packet Pick Up Dates:
Friday, July 26 at the Westside Community Service Building (2598 West Main Street, Sun Prairie), 12PM-7PM
Saturday, July 27 at Stoneridge Estates Park, 5-6PM
Event Day Timeline:
5:00 - 8:00 PM - Race Festivities including food trucks, beer garden, yoga warm up with Twisted Grit Yoga (5:45 PM), sign making and more!
5:00-6:00 PM - Day-Of Packet Pick Up & Event Registration at Stoneridge Estates Community Park
6:00 PM - 0.05k Start!
6:10 PM - 5k Start
6:12 PM - Mile Start
8 PM - Course closes (will close earlier if all participants finish prior to end time)
