19 and under: $15   DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION: Available starting 1 hour prior 5K - $35  All Other Distances - $40 19 and under: $20   T-SHIRTS 50th Anniversary Commemorative T-shirts : Available as an optional add-on ($15) for a limited time to pre-registered entrants,  through 1/14.   AGE GROUPS 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-85, 85-90, 90-94   PARKING AND PACKET PICKUP Plenty of parking is available on site within the park. Signage will direct participants to parking and packet pickup.     COURSE DESCRIPTION All events utilize a flat and fast USATF Certified 5K loop within Fort Steilacoom Park.  The course is 95% paved with 5% packed trail.  Participants will have access to our aid station (water, electrolytes and restrooms) at the conclusion of each 5K loop.  Participants of the 10K, 15K, 20K, and 30K events will repeat the 5K loop.  Course map can be found here.    RACE DAY SCHEDULE 08:00 — Packet Pickup & Day of Race Registration open 08:45 — Registration and Packet Pickup Ends  09:00 — Start time   RESULTS All events are chip-timed by Peak Performance Timing, and results will be available to finishers at our results kiosk and published to our RunSignup Results page.  

 

PHOTOS
All events will be photographed, by our Partner, Ostle Photography.   Event Photos are expected to be uploaded to our website by Sunday 6PM and can be downloaded for free.    AWARDS Each participant who completes 2 or more of our events will receive a custom finishers medal.  Medals will be available to pick-up after you complete your second event. Age group ribbons will be awarded to top 3 in each age group.  These will be available at our results kiosk.  Overall awards will be provided to men’s and women’s winners in each event.    SERIES PARTICIPATION Participants may enter either the Long Kilometer Series (10K-20K-30K), Short Kilometer Series (5K-10K-15K) or 5K series (5K-5K-5K).   Participants can also receive a $15 discount when registering for 3 individual events.  This allows for some "mix and match" registration.  Age group scoring will be kept for the Short Kilometer (5-10-15) and Long Kilometer (10-20-30) series and will be posted on the RunSignup website.  Scores will be based on a points-based system earned from your 2 best finishes. 

 

FACILITIES Restrooms will be available near the start, and at the conclusion of each 5k loop.  Our recovery area will offer a variety of refreshments in a covered shelter.  

 

ADVERSE WEATHER This is a winter race series, and we are frequently confronted with cold, rain, wind and snow.  In the rare event that inclement weather forces a cancellation or postponement of the event, participants will receive an email by 7AM.  We will also make every effort to update our website and other social media resources.    REGISTRATION DETAILS Registrants are welcome to switch events on race day (for example 10K to 5K).   This can be done at packet pickup.
