For Your Health 5 k

6th Annual Run For you Health 5 k takes place August 14th 2021 at the Seneca Hill Campus on route 45A  in Oswego. Kids 1 mile run begins at 8am and 5k begins at 8:30. Form teams if you wish, or  wear costumes and have some fun while improving your health. Register at Oswegohealth.org or contact Michelle Hourigan at 315-326-3788.
