General Information: Flower Power is a NE Oklahoma Ozark foothill and Arkansas River valley bicycle road ride, held annually on the last Saturday of April with scenic rural routes of 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100 miles. The Flower Power Bicycle Ride has been held every spring since 1991 and is put on by the Muskogee Parks & Recreation Department who also put on the Azalea Festival throughout the month of April.
Flower Power will start and end this year again at Three Forks Harbor. Registrants will be notified of any changes via email or on Flower Power Bicycle Ride - Facebook.

Prices:
20 Mile - $25 through April 14, $30 after
30 Mile - $30 through April 14, $40 after
50 Mile - $30 through April 14, $45 after
75 Mile - $35 through April 14, $45 after
100 Mile - $40 through April 14, $45 after
Online Registration closes at 5 PM on Wednesday, April 24.
Packet Pickup/Registration on site: Friday, April 26. Three Forks Harbor 3 PM - 6 PM and Saturday April 27, 2024 at Three Forks Harbor 7 AM - 9 AM.
T-Shirts: Flower Power long-sleeved T-Shirt comes with ride if registered by midnight, April 14. After midnight, April 14, shirts are first come, first served.
Start Time (all routes): Saturday, April 27 9 AM.
(Flower Power has a mass start to get all riders escorted by police across Highway 62 near the start. Please be ready to roll at 9 AM. The police escort will lead the riders across the highway at about 1.5 miles in, then riders are on their own. Please keep this group tight to avoid blocking Highway 62 for a long time.)
Rest Stops: Rest stops are roughly 8-12 miles apart on all the routes, and will supply water, gatorade, fruit, and sweet and salty snacks.
Be prepared to take care of your own flats and small repairs.
Route Markings: The routes are all clearly marked with spray paint on the road, and rest stops are situated at some of the key intersections. The routes are posted below and there will be paper maps available at the registration desk.
Food: A food trailer will be at the Harbor Center after the ride if you want to purchase lunch and the dining room is a great place to hang out and eat and visit. Beverages are compliments of Flower Power Bike Ride.
Showers: There are showers available at the Harbor Center if you want to clean up before heading out on the road. Bring your own towel, soap, etc.
