THE RETURN of Fat Danny's Trial by Trail and cookout at Oak Mountain! Come join the Run University crew plus friends for your choice of trail or road run. We will start Cedar Pavilion with a 5.5 mile trail route that is easy enough for beginners and technical enough for trail aficionados. There will also be a 6 mile road course for those who do not wish to run trails. We will end back at the Pavilion with a cookout, cold drinks and adult libations and maybe a surprise or two...all included in your fee!
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO BENEFIT THE MEB FOUNDATION! We will be raising money in support of Megan Randolph running the 2024 NYC Marathon for the MEB Foundation. Meb has been a great friend of Run U on his few trips to Birmingham including coming out to one of our Thursday night runs! The MEB Foundation, is an organization started and run by Meb and his team dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education and healthcare initiatives.
