Join us for our first F.I.T 5k Color Run/Walk fundraiser!
This race is a fundraiser for F.I.T Beyond Therapy and the Tullahoma Sports Council
What is F.I.T Beyond Therapy? We provide a bridge between your current level of function and your optimal level. F.I.T is for everyone no matter your age, gender, or activity level. Whatever your fitness goal may be, we will help you find a path to it!
What is the Tullahoma Sports Council? The Tullahoma Sports Council is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to define Tullahoma and the surrounding area as premier sports and recreation destination, increase the City of Tullahoma’s economic development, and improve the quality of life by cultivating annual sporting and recreation events.
The race will begin promptly at 7:30am
All participants must complete the race by 9:00am
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female finishers.
Awards will be announced at 9:30am
Packet Pickup will be at F.I.T Beyond Therapy on Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday morning from 6:00am to 7:15am
Please park in F.I.T Beyond Therapy parking lot.
Participants must be registered by July 23rd to guarantee a t-shirt
There will only be one water station during the race so please plan accordingly

The race will not have an official timing setup, but there will be a rolling clock at the finish line so you may see your finish time.
No refunds will be given for this event
** There may be a route change for the race depending on bridge consutruction. As of right now the link of the route is correct, but it is possible it will be different. If we are forced to use the backup route the elevation change may increase about 100-200ft, but it will still be paved roads and sidewalks.
