Double Gloucester 5 Mile Run

Ever looked at The Crazy Cheese Rolling and thought "How Steep is that hill"  Well now you have the chance to run up it and see for yourself. 

The Double Gloucester is a 5 Mile event that starts at the bottom of the Famous Cheese Rolling Hill nr Gloucester. The run will take you to the top of the Cheese Rolling Hill and then around a beautiful route on the Cotswold Way and through Buckholt Woods before finishing with a second run finishing on top of the famous hill.

The event takes place on Sunday 17th November 2024

All runners will receive an amazing bespoke Double Gloucester Medal 

It is a fabulous route and can be entered by runners and walkers alike as there is no time cut off.

Junior runners / walkers are welcome

Dogs are also welcome on the walk / run as long as on leads   

Event details and schedule

The event will start at 10.00am at the bottom of the famous Cheese rolling Hill on Coopers Hill.

The route is hilly and could be muddy so suitable footwear is advised.

Parking is NOT available at the start but there are several places to park within a short walk details of these can be found on our website.

Number/chip collection will be available from registration from 8.30am at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel which is a 20min walk from the start 

Race start from 10am on the morning of the race.
